The below static map is a rendering of the “sections” of Woodlake. This copy has been circulated for a period of time but provides a
visual for understanding the sections and other named areas of Woodlake.
The below two PDF maps are Moore County produced maps circa 2008. You can drill down
on these maps to a finite degree to see parcel numbers and parcel boundaries. The first is a plain map of Woodlake and the second is colored for “land use.”
This aerial PDF map was prepared by Moore County and in red outlines properties currently owned by
WLCC Corp. You can drill down on this map to a degree to see parcel boundaries.
The below two maps illustrate the road networks inside Woodlake. The first map is a static jpg. The second can be expanded to
provide a drill down capability for detailed views. To open the second map, if using Windows 10, click on the reference, then chose to “open
with” Windows Photo Viewer. The third map, like the second can be expanded for details, but show improved / semi-improved, and unimproved roads.

Analysis of Woodlake CC Current Platted Lots
This map is prepared by Moore County illustrating Woodlake voter areas.
The below two maps are a working proposal for the boundaries of Woodlake. Those
sections “colored gray” identify parcels that are “exceptions” and will not be included. The map is a static jpg. Again, to open the map, if using Windows 10, click on the reference, then chose
to “open with” Windows Photo Viewer.
The following is an Excel spreadsheet of all the parcels that are "exceptions" within the
perimeter of the surrounding roads of Woodlake (the roads of McLaughlin, NC 690, McGill, Cypress Church, and Murdock). The second spreadsheet is from Moore County and cites current values of
properties considered lakefront.
